Sad to say, when we ourselves are at a reduced tone, we don't see the art, we simply perceive the bucks. We'll get to that in a while and how to trigger the law of attraction.
Based upon abraham teachings at the lowest level, we have hopelessness and despondency. This is the point where someone perceives a lot of attackers, legitimate or imagined, these individuals give up. Much of the earth is in such space at the moment. They've been there for over a decade!

Above the line, our emotions move towards creation and construction. Beneath the line, they drive towards destruction. A person can only hear what is a level beyond them. This is the reason why when a culture is mostly in apathy (like the USA.) the ones who speak in anger, consistently against something, rather than for a specific thing, appeared to connect better. We can scarcely hear one level above where we are at. Such was Adolf Hitler's Germany. His countrymen had given up all hope so picking one enemy to strike lifts the people up considering that they can hear that. But nevertheless this is NOT a solution. Anger is just energy soaring to confront so we can make it to the next level.
This is helpful to YOU because you can notice what level you tend to be at all through the day. Remain sincere with yourself. What will lift you up is the next step of the ladder and that is what you will draw in. Be cognizant of your level and know that you are attracting your level and the level higher than you. This is important in knowing that it is OK for somebody in apathy to get angry. Encourage it! But never dwell there. Get to the next level immediately.
Each level is only a notch on the ladder. If perhaps anger is higher, allow that and immediately ask, 'What is one particular thing I could face? If perhaps you've been angry for a while, look ahead to feeling bored. It is a step on the way to being interested again. Always, your course is What can I create? How am I going to add beauty to this world?
Look for the next higher level. Be cautious of those at the next higher level wanting to keep you only at that level for their own advantage. Seek out strong people at the highest level that speak about beauty, construction, creation. Be cognizant that when you hear people two levels above you, if it disturbs you, or you do not trust them, that is you being stranded at your level. Don't try to bring them down to a level in order that you can hear them. Stay away from becoming a component of this chaos and falling into low-level thinking.
