These are the components that you need in addition to what your company provides for your business. To successfully have the ability to recruit, you need to stand out amid others. Your uniqueness and your personality will do that. You only need to be yourself. Using the psychology of personal branding can make it easy. Your brand does not need to attract everybody. Underneath it all, people like to relate to other people. Predominantly if they are just like them. They understand that no one is perfect so as they see some characteristics that shows that they are similar to them, they are naturally attracted. Thus we have the three elements of "Personality", "Competency", and "Differentiation" which make up "Personal Branding". Using personal branding with MLM is a must. So be yourself and get out there.
