2) Make a statement regarding anything you want to have or be. Then notice any discontented feeling in your body come up. For many individuals this will be anywhere in your chest or stomach, but it could be anywhere in your body.
This uncomfortable feeling occurring means that there is a discrepancy between your statement and what you actually consider concerning yourself. Currently you might notice Limiting Beliefs come up in your mind as in 1), but this is not in fact necessary.
You now know that there is a Limiting Belief regarding your statement (your wish).
The moment you understand that there are limiting beliefs concerning a subject (a subject such as wealth, success, relationships), you will probably want to eradicate them.
